Now at the helm of expandCFO, Chris leads a team that helps growth-stage businesses turn financial chaos into clarity. Whether it’s outsourced CFO services or NetSuite implementations that actually work, his mission is simple: give founders the financial confidence to move faster and smarter.
Before founding expandCFO, Chris built and exited a CFO services firm, proving that great finance leadership isn’t just about balance sheets, it’s about building scalable systems and advising with empathy. He’s fluent in financial strategy, operational efficiency, and convincing entrepreneurs that cash flow forecasts can be fun (no, really).
